In connection with the operation of the Site, CAVILAM – AF may process certain personal data. In this regard, CAVILAM – AF undertakes to process only the data strictly necessary for the intended purposes, in particular for recruitment and communication with users.

DATA WE COLLECT FROM THE USERS

In order to use the services offered on the Site, you must complete a quick registration process that requires you to provide certain personal information.

– When you fill out the contact form to submit a request, we require you to provide information regarding your identity (Last Name) and contact details (Email), as well as to specify the subject and the body of your message.

– When you fill out our online recruitment form, we require you to provide your name and email address. We also allow you to submit information about your profile (teacher, intern, administrative staff), as well as a resume and cover letter in an appropriate format.

We need to collect this information so that CAVILAM – AF can process your requests as efficiently as possible and in a timely manner.

DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

When you browse the Site, CAVILAM – AF may collect—in accordance with applicable law and with your prior consent where required—data related to your browsing activity and the devices or networks from which you access the Site, such as: your IP address, your browsing history on the Site, the content you view, your preferred language, the type and version of the browser you use, etc.

This data is collected solely for the purpose of facilitating navigation on the Site and optimizing its features.

When you refuse to accept a cookie by following the settings described above, a cookie is installed and stored in your browser to identify you as someone who has refused to accept cookies. If you delete this cookie from your browser or log in again from a different web browser or computer, you will need to repeat the same procedure to refuse cookies.

However, we would like to inform you that, depending on the settings you choose, the terms of access to the Site and its features may be affected, for which CAVILAM – AF cannot be held responsible.

DATA RETENTION

CAVILAM – AF retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is collected and processed, in accordance with applicable law. After this period, we archive the personal data necessary to exercise a right and to provide proof of that right, for the duration of the applicable statutes of limitations or in accordance with the legal obligations to which we are subject.

Regarding information stored via cookies, as described above, it is retained for a maximum of thirteen (13) months in accordance with applicable law.

With regard to applications submitted through the Website, CAVILAM – AF retains the application materials (resume, cover letter, identification documents, etc.) for a maximum of two (2) years, unless the applicant expressly requests that their application materials be destroyed.

CAVILAM – AF is committed to implementing the organizational, technical, and software measures necessary to ensure the physical and IT security of your personal data against any breaches, including unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, alteration, etc.

DATA DISCLOSURE

The data collected and processed by CAVILAM – AF through the Website is shared with our associates and administrative staff, all of whom are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. The data may also be transmitted, to the extent necessary, to our designated service providers (particularly IT service providers) for the purposes set forth above.
